Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

iDevver Apps Ltd is an app and game publisher based in the United Kingdom. We are responsible for personal information we process for our own purposes in connection with the Apps. Independent advertising, analytics and app-store providers may also act as separate controllers for information they collect under their own privacy notices.

2. Information that may be collected

Depending on which App you use, your device settings, permissions, location and consent choices, we and our third-party service providers may process:

• Device and app details: device type, operating-system version, app version, language, device settings, approximate location inferred from an IP address and diagnostic information.
• Advertising and technical identifiers: advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA (where available and permitted), IP address, app instance identifiers and information about ad impressions, clicks and interactions.
• Usage and diagnostics: gameplay or feature interactions, performance data, crash reports and information needed to identify bugs, prevent fraud or maintain App functionality, where relevant services are enabled.
• Information you choose to provide: messages you send to us for support and content you deliberately enter into an App, if that App offers such a feature.
• Purchase information: purchase status or entitlement information supplied by Apple or Google, for example to unlock a paid feature or remove advertising. We do not receive your full payment card details from those app stores.

We do not assume that every App collects every type of data listed above. Some Apps can be used without creating an account or submitting your name or email address.

3. How information is used

Where relevant, information may be used to operate Apps and remember settings; provide gameplay and purchased features; serve, limit and measure advertisements; detect invalid traffic and fraud; troubleshoot errors; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. Personalisation of advertising occurs only where applicable requirements and your available choices allow it.

4. Advertising, Google AdMob and mediation partners

Some of our Apps are supported by advertisements, including banner, interstitial, rewarded and app-open formats. We use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and may use AdMob mediation, bidding or other advertising-demand arrangements to make advertising inventory available to multiple providers. The actual providers vary by App, territory, advertising format and configuration over time.

Google and participating advertising partners may receive or access device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, ad interactions and other technical signals to deliver ads, measure effectiveness, cap frequency, detect fraud and, where allowed, personalise advertising. Some providers may use their own cookies, SDKs or equivalent mobile-device technologies. A mediation or bidding partner does not necessarily have a separate SDK installed in an App.

• Other advertising partners: The companies listed above are not necessarily active in every App or for every ad request, and this list is not exhaustive. Where supported, the consent-management message provides additional vendor identities, purposes and privacy information. See also Google's ad partner information.

We aim to keep advertising disclosures consistent with the actual partners configured for each App. An app-ads.txt file can list authorised sellers and resellers, but it is not a complete statement of which companies receive personal information.

5. Consent and your advertising choices

Where required by law, Apps using advertising present a consent-management message, which may be provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or another appropriate consent-management platform. The message may let you accept, refuse or customise certain advertising and data-processing purposes and review participating vendors. Choices depend on the App, region and the processing involved.

Where available, you may revisit your choices through an “Privacy options” or equivalent control within the relevant App. You can also manage device-level advertising preferences in Android or iOS settings. On iOS, any request to allow app tracking is handled through Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission system. Declining personalised advertising does not necessarily remove all ads: non-personalised or limited ads may still appear, subject to applicable law and your choices.

Deleting or resetting a device advertising ID can limit some advertising identification but does not itself withdraw every consent previously given. For assistance, contact us at the address below.

6. Children's privacy

Some of our Apps may be intended for children or likely to be used by children. We take children's privacy seriously and aim to use age-appropriate privacy settings and protections in Apps where these are required.

In Apps designated for children, we intend to limit data collection to what is reasonably necessary for operation, safety and permitted contextual advertising; not knowingly enable behavioural advertising based on a child's activity where prohibited; and configure supported advertising services in accordance with applicable children's privacy requirements and platform policies. The protections available may vary by App and jurisdiction.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can assess and address the request. Where required, we will delete such information or ask applicable providers to act on it.

Apps likely to be accessed by children may be subject to the UK Children's Code, COPPA in the United States, and additional app-store requirements. This section does not replace App-specific child-directed settings or other compliance obligations.

7. In-app purchases, permissions and content

Some Apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive limited transaction or entitlement data necessary to provide or restore purchases.

Some Apps may ask for access to a camera, microphone, photos, notifications or similar device features. Permission requests should be connected to an App function, and you can generally manage access through your device settings. Photos, audio or other content created within an App are not necessarily uploaded to our servers; whether and how such content is processed depends on the App's specific features and any relevant third-party services.

8. Legal grounds for processing (UK/EEA)

Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, the legal grounds may include: consent for certain advertising storage, access or personalisation activities where required; legitimate interests in maintaining security, preventing fraud, understanding reliability and running our services where those interests are not overridden by your rights; contract where processing is needed to deliver App features or purchases you request; and legal obligation where we must keep or disclose information under law. The exact legal basis depends on the processing activity and, for independent third-party providers, their published notices.

9. Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared with the services needed to operate our Apps, including advertising and mediation providers, app-store operators, hosting, diagnostics or technical service providers if enabled, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell lists of users' names or contact details as a business activity, but advertising disclosures and rights under certain privacy laws may use broader definitions of “sale” or “sharing”.

Some service providers operate outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where we are responsible for restricted international transfers, we seek to use appropriate legal safeguards, such as applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual clauses, as required by law.

10. Retention and security

We aim to keep information we control only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes, legal compliance, dispute handling or security. Retention periods vary by data category and App. Advertising, store and technology partners determine their own retention periods for information they control, as described in their notices. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; obtain portability of eligible data; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have rights concerning the use of personal information for targeted advertising or its sale/sharing under applicable US state laws.

To exercise rights relating to data we control, use the contact details below. We may need enough information to verify and respond to your request. For data controlled independently by Google, Apple or another provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly or use its privacy controls.

UK residents can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). EEA residents may contact their relevant supervisory authority.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Apps, advertising providers, legal requirements or privacy practices. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make changes and provide additional notice where required.
